What you are buying.
A FlightPortrait frame, the companion app, and the cloud service that draws your daily portrait. One purchase, complete. No subscription is required for anything the product does on the day you buy it.
First Flight.
First Flight frames are a numbered edition of thirty, assembled by hand in Singapore. Our target is December delivery. Hardware is hard, and small teams hit surprises. If we are late, you will hear it from us first, in plain language, and your payment remains refundable until your frame ships.
The service.
Your frame needs our cloud service, 2.4 GHz WiFi, and a rough location to know your sky. We run the service with care and intend to run it for a long time. The device protocol is documented and open, and your frame can be pointed at a server you run yourself. We built it that way on purpose.
Your data.
The frame needs your rough location and nothing else. We keep it to that, we encrypt it, and we do not sell or share it. Data is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Delete your account and it is gone.
Refunds, returns, and warranty.
Refunds, returns, and warranty are covered by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
The ordinary rest.
These terms are governed by Singapore law. If a part of them is found invalid, the rest stands. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
